Using humor and gentle, awareness raising assertiveness to challenge clients to accept what they cannot control, but find ways to change those things within their control. We work together to help you problem solve and find ways to manage their stress, anxiety, low motivation; in making challenging existential decisions, and in to reduce feelings of overwhelm or burnt out. We find your strengths and work to strengthen those, while finding new solutions to take action to make changes. You can plan on leaving our sessions feeling empowered and ready to take action. You will feel heard and will feel prepared with a plan to manage whatever is causing you discomfort the next time you experience whatever you can expect.
